Ms. Matthews is the Managing
Partner for Matthews & Matthews. She has been licensed to
practice law since 1986 and has practiced law in both state
and federal courts in Texas as well as Colorado. Ms Matthews
began her practice in municipal law but quickly moved into
environmental and toxic tort litigation in the late 1980s
before moving to Colorado. She now practices family law
exclusively.
Ms Matthews is accountable
for case management, client service and marketing for the
firm. Questions in any of these areas should be directed to
her. She developed the firm's Colorado Divorce 360 approach
and works closely with the
Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapists,
providing divorce law training and consultation to it's
members. Ms Matthews is currently researching and writing a
professional article on Therapist/Client Privilege in
Colorado.
